Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to any quote, enquiry or work carried out by Back to Back Roofing Worcester ("we", "us", "our"), 6 Rose Avenue, Worcester, WR4 9PY. By requesting a quote or booking work with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. All quotes are based on a visual inspection; additional costs may arise if issues not visible at the time of quoting are discovered once work begins, and we will always discuss these with you before proceeding.

2. Booking & scheduling

Work is scheduled on confirmation of your booking. Timeframes given are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, particularly for roofing work, which cannot safely be carried out in certain conditions.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of quoting. We reserve the right to request a deposit for larger jobs, with the balance due on satisfactory completion.

4. Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a consumer booking work at your home, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of booking under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless work has already begun at your request within that period. To cancel, contact us using the details on our contact page.

5. Guarantee

All workmanship is backed by our guarantee, the details and duration of which will be confirmed in writing with your quote. This guarantee covers workmanship and does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Insurance

We carry full insurance cover for the work we undertake. Details are available on request.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
